CARGO PlantLove Lipstick(not a review)
I spotted these at my local Sephora during my last shopping visit but I never got around to the display. Saturday is not the best time to play at Sephora.
It is crowded and annoying.
I thought the colors looked promising and the cases were adorable.
But this lippie is more than good looks. It actually is made from a polymer called PLA(aka corn) that biodegrades in as little as 47 years.
The outer packaging of the lipstick is earth-friendly paper that will bloom wild flowers if you plant it!
Of course...now I want to buy it... just to plant it.
I bet it grows bachelor buttons or blue bells.
So besides being a smart earth friendly lippie choice, Cargo has pledged $2 from every plantlove sale to go to St Jude's Hospital.
Cargo rocks.
Let us know in the comments if you have purchased any of these lippies and if you plan to plant the wrapping.

How cute these are, and I am happy to see the donations to St. Jude's Hospital.
What a cool idea!!!!!! I would buy them just to support the environmental idea--ever since watching "Inconvenient Truth" I've been really into environmental-friendly stuff--but the whole look of these lippies is so cute too.
I have these Plant Love lipstick in Yakushima and love it. I do plan to plant the box, too - my daughter is really excited about that!
How very cool!! I must buy this.
It's totally fantastic. Yakushima is the shade I favor. It's a sheer candy apple red, that just brightens up your face. We did a review not too long ago...
And I do plan to plant the box!
i bought one and was planning on planting the box but i misplaced it ): i guess that means i'll need to get a new one...
I bought it the weekend it came out. I haven't planted the box but the lindsay lohan shade is a amazing pale pink.
