I find a really early night and yoga in the morning makes me feel good though, however rare. If ever I get the chance I love having between nine and 12 hours sleep but it's so seldom the case. My other treat is to get up an hour and a half before everyone else. It's such a luxury to have time to yourself and I think it's really good for you.''
