Can I say that I love when Vogue lets Sarah Brown have a few pages?
Sarah Brown is the beauty director at Vogue. Today she let me (and the gazillion Vogue readers) know that Thierry Mugler is creating a makeup line that launches in March.
Will the powders smell like Angel?
Lovers will rejoice and haters will recoil....
All I know is the packaging is very sleek and 20's inspired.
CND created a fabulous poppy shade for Phillip Lim spring runway show.
Is it available to purchase? I have no clue but certainly hope so. That color looks so appealing right now.
YSL has created a charm bracelet with a perfume solid version of Elle Yves Saint Laurent and pink lipgloss. It will be available only at Neiman Marcus in February.
Has anyone seen the beauty charms for Juicy Couture? You can collect a nail polish, lipstick and perfume bottle charm. It is a perfect gift for the beauty junkie.
Can you imagine a charm bracelet with charms of your favorite perfume bottles?
Sarah Brown then gives us the scoop of what colors we will be wearing and coveting for spring.
Here is the breakdown:
Colors will be intense with neon orange, leafy green, sky blues and every shade of pink known to man. Marc Jacobs described it as "Spongebob SquarePants".
I think it is all very technicolor and Wizard of Oz-ish.
Think fields of poppies, the blue gingham dress, and the green shade of the witches skin.

Doesn't the Mugler line look great ?? I read about it ages ago and have been waiting to see more info. Now I have to check out that Vogue piece.
and I think that last years MAC C shock might be more in line for this years trends then it was last year. My ornage lippie from that line will fit right in :)
honestly, i wouldn't want Maggie's skin color green, but i would be enchanted with an Emerald City shimmering green :)
Can't wait to see the CND poppy shade! For colors, I'm most looking forward to new shades of pink! Thanks, Blogdorf!
Which cosmetic giant has the Mugler license? I doubt Thierry will have anything to do with this line, which is a pity because he had such a strong esthetic vision.
