I will be MIA for the next few days. I am leaving for Paris in the afternoon. It is another whirlwind trip that promises to be amazing and magical.
I am taking my Behnaz lippie and my nails are painted with Butter's nail polish in Come to Bed Red. It is a perfect match!
My fragrance choice is up in the air. I am going back and forth between Frederic Malle's Musc Ravageur and Bois de Paradis. Then I think I need to bring a Serge and 2000 et une Rose.
Hopefully I will have time to make decants before I go.....
What fragrance would you bring to Paris? Let me know in the comments. Suggest anything.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Hermes Eau Des Merveilles!!! Have a great trip, don't lose that lippie!
Fifi Chachnil, c'est mon amour! I bought Fifi on one of my visits to Paris, as well as a bottle of Eau des Merveilles, funny enough. Bon voyage!
I brought Crazylibellule and the Poppies (little solid perfumes) to Paris, since I didn't want to bring anything too expensive, too breakable, or too hard to replace. I didn't buy any perfume when I was in Paris, but I did buy shoes and Mariage Freres tea! Bon voyage!
i would HAVE to bring L'Artisan's Ambre Extreme or Verte Violette (depending on when i went), my Chergui, and of course, Guerlain's Plus Que Jamais.
i hope you have a magical time!
I hope that you have a lovely trip. I can't wait to here all the details when you get back!
I'm going to Paris in March and bringing my "Climat" - an old classic. Have a great trip!
I think I would bring Chinatown or Baghari for nights and Chanel's Eau de Cologne for day. Do you have Une Fleur de Cassie? Because I always think you should wear that, because you can. ;)
I'm so happy for you, Annie!! Have a wonderful time! I can't wait to see photos and hear all about it!
As for what scent I'd wear to Paris, I would wear Paris-- YSL!
I know you will have a very fun time! I would take Coco.
Have a fantastic trip, Annie!!
Rue Cambon 31.
Lucky duck -- have a wonderful time!
Have a wonderful trip!
Not very HE but I am loving
Le Couvent Des Minimes in Lavender & Acacia!
I vote for the amazing Bubblegum and Incense perfume that you mentioned in your "best of 2007" post-- I'm totally addicted! But why why did you mention that Mango gloss? It's gone from everywhere!
twice in under six months! not too shabby. bonnes vacances!
Chere Annie,
I am going to Paris in February with my teenage daughter . I am looking forward to your report . As for fragrance - I would not bring any perfume -rather I would buy a new one there and wear it all throughout my time there. This way I would create an olfactory remembrance of Paris. I actually associate Paris with Gucci III, a green chypre and also Coco.
Actually bring a solid parfum is a good idea because of travel regulations. I do have Hermes Rouge for the occasion! Have a great time a la francais !
Oh dear, how wonderful is Paris!
Don't forget to go to Colette store, you will find a wonderful world of everything you ever wanted. And all the perfumes you need to know about... Me, I'd just take rose water: natural, fresh and classy ;)

I'd buy something there that I've never heard of.
by the way, A, you've gotten me COMPLETELY hooked on MAC's Family Silver. the Soho MAC store still has a few. ;)
Hermes or Marc Jacobs Daisy.
Bon voyage!
I came across your blog through Daily Obsession, and I want to link your blog to my own. I hope this is okay.
