Kenzo's Amour Indian Holi
I was immediately smitten with Kenzo's Amour after the first whiff. So it was no surprise when I fell for the limited edition Indian Holi. It has everything I loved with Amour. Amour has this comforting note that smells like rice cooking on the stove.
In Perfumes The Guide, Amour is described as "the plushness of a vanillic amber without the flat creme-brulee angle, and the contemplative, muted floral coolness of Je Reviens without the bitter, poisonous character of salicylates".
Indian Holi takes the base of Amour and jazzes it up with notes of rose, red berries and heavenly incense. It retails for $65 and is available at Sephora and Nordstorm.
It is also limited edition so you know the drill.
Grab while you can.

I adore Amour and when I saw limited edition bottle in a store I proceeded to glee and dance in the ailes. I'm so excited about this fragrance, and especially the rose note in it.

I'm from India and I can say this scent is very authentic India. I didn't like it b/c it's a little too strong for me, but the combo of scents creates this smell that I inhale every time I visit India. It's so nostalgic. I wish I liked it more on me.
