Stila’s Rock the Vote Red Lip Color will go on sale today (July 17th)
(EDIT: The presidential lippie will appear on Monday, July 21st)
at www.stilacosmetics.com, and 25% of proceeds from the first 500 sold will be donated to Rock the Vote in support of their efforts to mobilize young people to get involved in the political process.
This bipartisan lippie is a pink red and will retail for $17 bucks.

I would buy this, however at 25% I would prefer to make a direct donation to Rock the Vote my darn self.
i'm with shana. i read that, and i just thought - um, not very much!
i actually have to admit i am a total nerd and i calculated it. it's $2,125 dollars. not very generous... especially when you consider that stila will make a total of $31,875 AFTER their "generous" donation to Rock the Vote... I think I've got enough red lippies...
Er, obviously Stila jumped the gun on this one. I couldn't find this presidential lip color anywhere on their site.
Ridic to begin with (the promo I mean) but heck, you would think they'd double check it's on their site before asking the blogging world to write about it.
