Juliette Get Your Gun
L'Air du Temps is the fragrance of my childhood, it was everywhere, in our home, on our clothes, even in the air at our factory in Fontainebleau." (Romano Ricci)
Last year cavewoman and I were lallygagging in the perfume department at Henri Bendels. I was focused on the Etat Libre D'Orange line while Cavewoman made a interesting scent discovery. She found in the corner a new duo of scents called Juliette Has A Gun. This is a small niche line created by the great grandson of Nina Ricci. The scents are built around the rose. Miss Charming is a jammy rose with Mandarin, Lychee and musk.
Lady Vengeance is a big Bulgarian rose with a dry down of vanilla and patchouli.
According to Vogue, Citizen Queen will be the line's latest launch. It will be available in the fall at Bendels but is currently available at Luckyscent.
The notes are leather, Bulgarian rose, iris, amber, immortal flowers and labdanum.
It retails for $105.

The cavewoman loves Bendel! We did an amazing marathon of that perfume area in the short amout of time we had there! I still love and wear both Juliettes.
My first real grown-up fragrance was L'Air Du Temps, my mother brought me an ounce of pure parfum from her trip to France. We both wore it and we still both love it.
I can't wait to try the new Juliette! I have a growing list of things to check out at Bendel, including their beautiful enamel bangles!
