Where Angels Fear To Tread
Lancome's Sparkling Cherub Sheer Warming Illuminating Powder
This is a pressed powder compact from the Holiday collection. The outer rim is a bisque shade with some brightening aspects. The middle shade is a sun kissed bronzer. It is sheer and leaves just enough color to slightly toast the face. It does not morph into orange territory nor does it appear dirty.
The glittery fire is an over spray. I do not like shimmery trickery. As a glimmer junkie....I want my fire until the bitter end. That end is when I hit pan.
The cute factor is the main selling point. If you have a friend who loves cherubs or "angry men babies" then this is a great stocking stuffer.
It retails for $40 and is available at your local Lancome counter.

I so want to get me some! So beautiful! Thanks for Sharing!
This is too cute! I'll have to grab one!
Angry men babies? Do not defile the cute with such a nasty description of a cherub. LOL!
I don't know why all the blogs are posting about this. it is one of the more underwhelming holiday offerings
It's surely not as inspired as the Declaring Indigo highlighter, is it?
Amy: Powders are my passion and I judge them fairly harshly.
So....No...the Declaring Indigo pressed powder was better. Plus...I love roses.
I will say that the outer rim of this compact surprised me. It reminded me how much I used to love Lancome face powders. It was brightening and had coverage skills.
Melanie: LOL...that was for you!
Knownever: I really should do posts that go over the whole collection...instead of splitting it up. I am sure this review was weeks late in comparison to the other bloggers.
Wow it looks very cute, I'd like to have it
I love this shimmer. It's so pretty.
