Day 10: DECLEOR Tonifying Lotion Review
By Annie

Toners are a personal weakness of mine. I apply a toner product to my face and neck with a cotton pad before my morning and evening skin care routines. It is a refreshing splash of essential oils and waters. Toners wake me up or settle me down. It is purely psychological at this point. I am convinced that applying a toner helps my skin prepare for my serums and moisturizers.

DECLEOR toner has a great tightening effect with no alcohol involved. It does not burn but there is some slight tingling action. Nothing alarming. Just a slight tremble. More like your pores are doing a jig. The ingredients are lavender, petitgrain essential oils, orange, kiwi, mallow and lime-tree Essential Waters. It smells calming and lovely.

A 13.5 oz bottle retails for $38 and is available at http://www.decleor-us.com/

Let us know what DECLEOR products you have tried or let us know what your favorite toners are. I am always open to try new ones!!!!!

Love this little statement about your obsession towards toner. Have you ever tried SK-2's Facial Treatment Essence? Personally I really love this product & It's as good as any toner.
Highly recommending it to you.

Yes, I too suffer from Toner Addiction...I recently broke the addiction and have been without it for some months now. I constantly keep thinking that if I were using it - it would have kept me from breaking out. Yes, I know purely psychological but assuring nonetheless!

I have used Decleor Cleansing Milk. Got it as a gift - worked pretty well. It smelled as lovely as any french skincare treatment I hoped would!

I love love love Pevonia Botanica RS2 toner, (they call it lotion).
It smells amazing, doesn't contain alcohol, and always makes my face super soft. I agree, products work better after using toner!

Wham!! It took me a little bit to identify it, but I LOVED that song. Still do, actually.

With my very oily T zone I need toner, I really feel it makes a huge difference in keeping skin clearer and keeping oil down. This Decleor sound wonderful but the more gentle ones seem to do little for me.

I use basic ones really. Just good old Sea Breeze or Clean and Clear. My skin can take it. But Kiehls has always had some good ones- The Rosewater and the herbal with real berries floating in it. Great scents :)

OMG, I've found my people! Nothing gets between me and my toner. And I'm always reading people questioning if it's really a needed step? YES!

I've never tried this one, but I do love Decleor.

But the one that I just can't do without (seriously, my skin freaks out when I run out) is Kiehl's Calendula toner. It's my oily skin's best friend.
