Rock the Gloss Challenge for Tuesday April 8th 2006:
I live by a man's code, designed to fit a man's world, yet at the same time I never forget that a woman's first job is to choose the right shade of lipstick. -Carole Lombard
I am wearing a Sephora color with the number #809. It is a lovely subtle rose color. I layered it with MAC's lipglass called Phos-Phorelle. This lipglass gives an added punch to any lipstick. It is an opal color with no shimmer.
What is your lippie today?

I'm wearing the famous Nars Cruella pencil today, over a touch of Yves Rocher lip balm. With the buttercup yellow shirt I'm wearing and tons of peachy blush, I'm looking delightfully garish, I think. :)
I'm wearing MAC High Tea with Chanel Glossimer in Glow smoothed all over it. I'm amazed by the depth of color, because High Tea alone was looking purely frosty. This combo is working very well, even if it's not delightfully garish. Perhaps I will shoot for the look this evening, and give Mr. Manners a jolt.
I'm excited to share because I have on new fall lip stuff today that I just got yesterday! I simply couldn't wait...Chantecaille lipstick in Amande, and Chantecaille lip gloss in Campari. This gloss is GORGEOUS.
Tania, you rock the red lip better than anyone I know!
Miss Manners, I am sure Mister will be dazzled!
Greeneyes, I have heard raves about the Chantecaille lip products! I need to try them!
Today:
Lip Liner in Puccini Ruby by Borghese.
Lipstick in Poodle Skirt by Lancome
Lip Gloss in Bountiful by MAC
Good afternoon! I'm wearing Paul & Joe lipstick in Shade 40, Dentelle Ancienne, from the limted edition Flea Market in Paris collection. I love P & J lipsticks, and I'm sorry that this one (a shimmery-sheer raspberry) was only a temporary offering.
I'm wearing Hemp Organics Garnet and BBW Tutti Dolci Fantasia di Cioccolata l/g. I'm transitioning into my fall colors because I'm sick of bronzy and pinky l/g i always wear. I think i'm turning into my mom!
This week I'm doing some grad school-related stuff, so I'm going to see if I can wear Old Navy's ONBody lip balm in White Chocolate + Orange for two days straight. I've found that, even on the days when I wear no makeup whatsoever, a little something on the lips goes a long way... even lip balm. Hey, that counts as a "product," right?
Wearing Chantecaille Taffy lipgloss. It's the perfect neutral brown-based rose.
