Estee Lauder's Art Of Pleasures:
A Limited Edition Artist Bottle and Candle designed by renowned textile designer Kazumi Yoshida.
Japanese-born Kazumi Yoshida of Clarence House(a lux textile house) is the second in a series of artists to design a limited edition bottle for Estee Lauder.
This Pleasures bottle is whimsical and lovely.
The artwork is delicate, feminine and spring-like.
It is a perfect fit for the floral fragrance.
Pleasures is a sheer and airy spring floral with notes of white and black lilies, violet leaves, white poppies, pink roses, karo karounde blossoms, Baie Rose, patchouli and sandalwood.
The breezy fragrance settles into a surprisingly deep and comforting drydown.
The bottle and candle will be available at your local Lauder counters in January 2008.
The suggested retail prices are:
Pleasures Artist Edition 2.5 oz/75 ml bottle $58.
Pleasures Artist Edition 9.5 oz $32.50
Today as the tempature drops in Ohio and a heavy snow fall is predicted in the midwest and NYC, I thought I would give some readers a little taste of spring.
I like to think of it as being just around the corner.
Soon there will be fresh flowers, green grass and hours of warm sunlight.
Until then...just crack open a Pleasures bottle to get in the mood.
