I will be MIA for the next few days. I am leaving for Paris in the afternoon. It is another whirlwind trip that promises to be amazing and magical.
I am taking my Behnaz lippie and my nails are painted with Butter's nail polish in Come to Bed Red. It is a perfect match!
My fragrance choice is up in the air. I am going back and forth between Frederic Malle's Musc Ravageur and Bois de Paradis. Then I think I need to bring a Serge and 2000 et une Rose.
Hopefully I will have time to make decants before I go.....
What fragrance would you bring to Paris? Let me know in the comments. Suggest anything.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Fifi Chachnil, c'est mon amour! I bought Fifi on one of my visits to Paris, as well as a bottle of Eau des Merveilles, funny enough. Bon voyage!

I brought Crazylibellule and the Poppies (little solid perfumes) to Paris, since I didn't want to bring anything too expensive, too breakable, or too hard to replace. I didn't buy any perfume when I was in Paris, but I did buy shoes and Mariage Freres tea! Bon voyage!

I think I would bring Chinatown or Baghari for nights and Chanel's Eau de Cologne for day. Do you have Une Fleur de Cassie? Because I always think you should wear that, because you can. ;)

I vote for the amazing Bubblegum and Incense perfume that you mentioned in your "best of 2007" post-- I'm totally addicted! But why why did you mention that Mango gloss? It's gone from everywhere!

Chere Annie,
I am going to Paris in February with my teenage daughter . I am looking forward to your report . As for fragrance - I would not bring any perfume -rather I would buy a new one there and wear it all throughout my time there. This way I would create an olfactory remembrance of Paris. I actually associate Paris with Gucci III, a green chypre and also Coco.
Actually bring a solid parfum is a good idea because of travel regulations. I do have Hermes Rouge for the occasion! Have a great time a la francais !

Oh dear, how wonderful is Paris!
Don't forget to go to Colette store, you will find a wonderful world of everything you ever wanted. And all the perfumes you need to know about... Me, I'd just take rose water: natural, fresh and classy ;)
