Lancome's Brazilian Earth Colors by Daria Werbowy
This collection was created by the model and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Centro Espacial Vik Muniz, a charity founded by Brazilian-born, Brooklyn-based artist Vik Muniz. This charity supports arts education programs for young, at-risk adults in Rio de Janeiro.
The collection includes a lipstick(Beige Caracai), lip gloss(by all accounts I have heard so far...it is stunning and the best nude gloss EVER! It is called Nude Prainha) and eyeshadow quartet(Carnet de Velours).
The collection is available at Sephora,Lancome boutiques and lancome-usa.com only.

Not to be worn on pale skin though, you really need to have a tan to rock the lippies.
I bought the lippies as soon as I saw them in the Sephora catalog... and i LOVE them!!
...it's just so...brown.
It doesn't even appear to be a pretty brown. It looks like mud slapped into a palette. Different colors of mud. And dirt. And dust.
Yeah. If you have light skin,
forget it.
This is lovely, too bad it is not worldwide. I dare not to buy it without seeing it first.
Saw the set at Sephora. If you are pale and blonde, or just pale - forget it. The lipgloss is a lush mud color - actually I don't think it would look good on anyone. Shoppers at Sephora were eyeing it perplexedly.
I wanted to love this collection but the previous fair skinned comments are right on. If you are pale/fair this is a fast track to looking washed out and sickly.
I ♥ this collection. Gonna have to check it out first though.
Well...Daria is fair skinned and she is wearing the colors and actually they look modern on her.....you have to try things on first because sometimes the color on the tube is more sheer once you apply it on as with the Lancome of Color Fever lipsticks collection. I ordered the whole collection as I have tried their lipsticks before and they are on the sheer glossy side. They have an awesome texture!
fair skinned means burns in the sun, Daria Werbowy clearly tans. I tried on some of the collection and returned it, it is decidedly BAD on pale skin.
Thanks firepail! I have not seen this collection in person yet. I was flirting with purchasing the nude gloss...sight unseen.
The quest for the perfect nude lippie [for us sunburners] continues...
=)
Finally! I've been so sick of seeing nude lipsticks only for fair skin tones and never any for tanned complexions. There's only been weird bronzes and golds with tons of unnatural shimmer and glitter in them. I love Daria's collection. I own the lipstick & gloss and they suit my skin tone perfectly. I plan on going back to Sephora this weekend to get backups. I would highly reccomend giving this a try if you do have gold/tanned skin.
