Michael Kors Very Pretty: A Review
This fragrance was influenced by the fall 2008 collection. Everything was very Hitchcockian. You can almost see Eva Marie Saint and Tippi Hedren strolling down the runway with furs draped across their shoulders. The fragrance is an embodiment of old school elegance mixed in with something tropical. Think Casablanca. It opens with bergamot and mandarin and settles into a milky coconut. The mid notes are a hodgepodge of white florals(jasmine) and greens(violet). The dry down is heavy on the very strong and high volume vetiver. It cuts through the mid-notes quickly and mixes well with the coconut note. There is a aquatic vibe to the whole fragrance.

Yes, the fragrance is quite heavy isn't it? I wish I could smell more of the coconut in it though. I do have to agree that the bottle is divine!
Wow, I love Michael Kors (especially on Proj. Runway) and had heard about his new fragrance. Thanks for the tip.
I just gave myself a present and purchased the MK Acrylic-Strap Timepiece watch in White and love it
I love this perfume. It smells amazing. I am also competely in love with the purple floral print dress (photo 1) GREAT blog :)
I hope the scent is as interesting as you make it sound - but what I really want is that first dress - it's to DIE for!
What a beautiful collection! Every garment is gorgeous, and I love the prints! I'm a big fan of Kors, especially his bags.
Hmmmm...I'll definitely have to check this one out. Thanks for the tip!
