Miss Popularity by Benefit
This is a white shimmer highlighter with a wand applicator. This makes application less messy and more precise then using pigments.
It also helps with overuse. I am guilty of going overboard with shimmer products. I like a lot of sparkle for my buck! The first application is just a whisper of the product. Coverage is subtle and buildable.

Blogdorf -- Could I use it as that inner eye type of white highlighter? Powders aren't really lasting (ugh, I have such oily eye lids!) so I'm scoping out other options. It's hard to find the right level of white and sheer/texture. Thanks!
That stuff is AWESOME. Really, it makes you look like you've had a long vacation in Tahiti and you're just glowing. Hahahaha. Maybe not that dramatic, but really, it's a nice touch. Actually, anything Benefit makes it pretty awesome. I haven't found anything by them I haven't liked. Do you have a lot of experience with their stuff? I'm a huge fan of Benetint. It should be in every girl's makeup drawer. I also like Bad Gal lash, it's nice and dark - how mascara should be!!

I just wrote a post on another Benefit highlighting product. Benefit is just so yummy!

I have not played with it any other way. I highly recommend it.
Alissa: I have some of their loose shimmer powders. I need to really spend some time at their section at Sephora.
Vonnie: Just my eyes. I am not very experimental when it comes to highlighting. I am always worried I will go to far. LOL
