Hawthorn Heights with Chanel: My first fall lemming....
They say hawthorn is supposed to heal a broken heart.
So I might need to drink this bottle.
Beige is a new addition to the Les Exclusifs de Chanel collection. It looks like it will be exclusive to Saks according to their latest catalog. The range is usually only found at Bergdorf Goodman or Chanel boutiques. The notes range from hawthorn to frangipani. There is also a touch of honey. The only ingredient that gives me pause is freesia.
Freesia and I fell out a long time ago...
The EDT bottle is 6.8 fl.oz and retails for $190.
I have not had the pleasure of a sniff... so let us know the real scoop in the comments.

Perhaps instead, you can find a Lord, like Blair? Loved the Gossip Girl season premiere :) Thoughts? About the fragrance, I'm sorry to say I haven't noticed it in stores, but will look when I go to Nordies today...
why oh why can we not sniff smells through our computers? it's just not fair.
Oops, just reread your post and see it is a Saks exclusive... no wonder I didn't see it today :)
I just hope it doesn't smell like Chanel No. 5. I may be alone in my sentiment but I loathe that smell.
So curious about this one. Hawthorn+honey was the bugaboo of Serge Lutens Miel de Bois. I think it's safe to say that Chanel's interpretation will be quite different but they are both tricky notes...
