uh, the one anoymous message from me isn't spam ('shed some light'). I keep forgetting my blogger login details because I so rarely comment on people's blogs! (I go on as zippymarmite or zippy sometimes) - just to clarify! I just didn't know what was going on since all of a sudden some of the blogs I read popped that announcement up!
zippy again - I saw that screenshot and comments on stylebites. Seriously? Sounds like Coutorture can't hack it under stress/deadlines - I don't even know how to comment on the alleged in person stuff except to say that if it's true, I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere down the line she pretty much got ostracized completely. Telling people to fuck off in an email? I think anyone in a normal job who did that would get the sack, and rightly so. From what I've seen, BG and other bloggers who were formerly in the Coutorture circle were always informing of the giveaways etc on a regular basis - if that's the way she rewards what are (were) technically web colleagues, who can blame the bloggers who severed their ties with her? It speaks volumes that they put up a uniform, professional note announcing the split.
